Khartoum, Aug.1(SUNA)-The member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council(TSC) and Chairman of the Sudan  People’s Liberation Movement-North(SPLM-N), Malik Agar, met  the Representative of the UN Secretary-General  and Head of the United Nations Integrated Transition Assistance  Mission in Sudan ( UNITAMS), Volker Perthes  and  a number of  representatives of diplomatic  corps.

Agar indicated to  meetings he held with  political forces and parties and armed struggle movements  signatory to Juba Peace Deal in addition to the military component  within framework of  initiative which was propounded  by the SPLM-N.

 He said that he has proposed  agreement  over distribution  of powers between the  different state  bodies  prior to formation of the government  in order to pave way for  inclusive dialogue  in which all- except the dissolved national congress party- will take part.

The SPLM-N Chairman  said they are  waiting observations  by the  different parties on development of the initiative  for reaching national agreement  over distribution of tasks  and structures of the transitional power.

 He called UNITAMS and the international community  to play effective role in narrowing the differences  between the parties.
