Al-Fula, Sept 12  (SUNA) - The West Kordofan State Security Committee issued a decision imposing curfews in the city of Abu Zabad from five in the evening today until six in the morning, from today, Monday, the twelfth of this September, until further notice.

 Police Major General Dr. Ehab Abdel Hamid Abdel Aal, Police Director of West Kordofan State, Rapporteur of the Security Committee, said in a statement to (SUNA) that the move came as a result of the repercussions of the decision to freeze the demarcation of the borders between the localities of Al-Sinout and Al-Nuhoud, describing as “ unfortunate”the incidents  that occurred between the Hamar and Misseriya tribes.

 He said that the Security Committee is in a state of permanent session following up on the events and working in coordination with the Abu Zabad local security committee, and it has taken decisive decisions to stop the incidents,  remove congestion by curfew, prevent gatherings inside and around the city of Abu Zabad, and combat negative phenomena.

 He reassured everyone that the situation is under control, indicating that the joint forces have reached the area. and extended its control.

 The decision of the Security Committee praised the civil administration on both sides for their efforts  to maintain security, calling on everyone to overcome the crisis.
