Khartoum, Feb.1 (SUNA) -The Governor of Gezira Scheme, Dr. Omar Mohamed Marzouq presided over a meeting today in Khartoum included officials from the Farmer Commercial Bank adminstratio, in the presence of, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Jazztrakia Company, Erdogan Oran and the General Director of the company Abdul Hadi Awad Othman.
The meeting discussed opportunities for cooperation between the company and the Farmer Commercial Bank to provide the necessary financing for the establishment of the company.
On her part, the Director General of Jaztrakia Company declared the success of the Board of Directors' efforts with the Farmer's Bank to allocate US$800,000 to buy 50 tractors to be distributed to farmers in the Gezira Scheme with concessional terms, stressing that the Bank also agreed to accept farmers’ crops in return in order to facilitate payment for the farmers.
